OUR STORY

The history of Posh & Core Property goes back to 2010 when a sole proprietorship under the name of Azmi & Company was first set up upon the dissolution of the professional partnership of Lee & Azmi - Chartered Surveyors.
​
The following year in May 1979, an association was formed between Azmi & Company and Smiths Gore International Limited, London as a partnership practising under the name of Azmi Smiths Gore. In May 1982, the practice of Azmi Smiths Gore was incorporated as a limited company and practised under the name of Azmi & Co Sdn Bhd.

In 1985, a complete restructuring of Azmi & Co Sdn Bhd established the Azmi & Co (Estate Agency) Sdn Bhd and on 1st September 1999, the Azmi Group established its property management practice.
Since then, the Azmi Group has established a fine reputation for itself, with a highly qualified management and staff experienced in all aspects of real estate - in agricultural, commercial, industrial and residential property, agency, and property management - and in all of those professional functions which combine to provide the comprehensive service the Azmi Group has always sought to provide.We believe that the Azmi Group of Companies has the depth of knowledge, experience and skill to meet the most complex problems, from the largest group valuations to the single urgent sale or purchase.
